I dont know what treatment I need! How do I know what to book?
We understand it can be difficult when choosing a treatment that is right for you, but do not worry, that is what we are here for. Just book what you think and our team of experienced practitioners will consult with you on the day prior to any treatment being carried out.
Think of your booking as though your securing a timeslot, and not a specific treatment.
Can I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
Cancellations and Reschedules more than 48 hours in advance:
You are allowed to reschedule an appointment more than 48 hours in advance, doing this will not effect your deposit . Simply sign-in to your account and navigate to your bookings.
You can of course cancel your appointment with us if you arent going to attend, and we appreciate you letting us know, however all deposits are strictly non-refundable in any given time frame, so you will need to use this to rebook another appointment or redeem against products.
How do I know what treatments to book?
Think of your booking as though you are paying for a timeslot, and not a specific treatment.
If you think you just want to get a feel for us, and would prefer to come back for treatment on a later day, then this is no problem at all, the deposit will cover the cost of the consultation.
If you know you do want to go ahead with treatment on the day, but not sure which, then book in for what you think, and if necessary this can always be changed on the day, (with time permitting) once you have spoken and consulted with Louise and our Estheticians. The deposit is redeemable from any treatment if carried out on the day.
Can I book for me and a friend?
You can of course book for your friend, but you will still need to make the booking in their name, and provide their specific contact details. This separate booking also requires a deposit, payable by card, via our website.
Can I bring my friend with me? She just wants to watch!
You can of course bring an occupant to travel with you to your appointment, however we only allow patients into our treatment rooms, your friend or relative will be looked after by our reception team in the waiting room.
Can I bring my children?
Apologies, we do not accept children into ANY of our treatment rooms. You will be asked to rebook your appointment should you not attend your appointment alone, due to our safety and practice. Your deposit will be forfeited.
I am no longer able to attend the rest of my course appointments, can I get a refund for the remaining sessions?
Unfortunately not, courses of treatments are strictly non-refundable, however in some situations we may be able to transfer the remaining balance to an alternative in clinic treatment or products.
Can I give my remaining course sessions to my friend or family member?
All courses of treatment are limited to one course per person, and cannot be used by any other individual.
Which The Look by Louise clinic location are Skin Treatments available?
Our Skin Health Clinic, located in Bolton, Greater Manchester, offers a range of comprehensive and most current skincare treatments on today’s market.
Do you offer finance?
Yes, treatments and products are available to purchase using our PayL8r Finance option.
Do you offer consultations?
Yes! Complementary consultations are carried out on the day prior to any treatment given. Here you can discuss with your practitioner any desires or concerns you may have, procedure and amount selection, and any treatment plans recommended for the future. These are inclusive of your treatment costs and fees.
Alternatively, you can book for a separate consultation, and then return to clinic for treatment on a different day if you wish. We offer 30 and 60 minute consultation slots. Please note these types of consultations are chargeable, and are not redeemable against any new appointment you proceed to book, as you are paying for a consultation/time slot with The Look By Louise and her team, their expertise and ongoing treatment advice.
