What is a HydraFacial®?
The HydraFacial® is a six-step treatment, combining cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, hydration, and antioxidant infusion, which can be personalised to your individual skin concerns with a variety of boosters – from anti-ageing serums, pigmentation reduction, and targeted acne treatments. We have a series of protocols that your skin specialist may recommend, guiding you to the correct facial suited to your concerns, and tailor them to you.

How many do I need?
95% of our customers prefer to buy a course than individual sessions. This is because a course guarantees long-lasting results.
Individual sessions are recommended monthly for maintenance, so we think it makes sense to purchase a course with us. PayL8ter® Finance is available in the clinic.
How do I know which protocol is right for me?
Don’t worry! That is why we are here…. please just book for what facial you think, and we can always amend the protocol on the day, to which best works for you.
Will a HydraFacial® Protocol get rid of my acne?
The HydraFacial® Acne & Congested Skin Protocol is great for blemishes and managing breakouts. If you combine your HydraFacial® with Dermapen® Micro-needling, you will see amazing results that can really target acne scarring and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. If you are looking to treat active acne, we would highly recommend our Mesoestetic® Peels and Laser Facials.
Is it painful?
Absolutely not! Feel the intense hydration being pushed into your skin or maybe drift off on our heated beds under the soft glow of the Dermalux®.
How long does the treatment take?
The HydraFacial Express® is a 30-minute treatment and all other HydraFacial® Protocols are a 1 hour to 1 hour 30 min treatments (Dermalux® combined).
Is there any downtime?
No. With immediate results, this facial can even be performed the day before you go on holiday. Post-procedure, a good SPF is recommended by our clinic as the skin may be slightly more sensitive than usual.
Can I wear make-up after my facial?
Yes, but most people don’t, as you may want to show off your HydraFacial® Glow! Don’t forget to ask in the clinic about our Gunk and Glow challenge, it’s the best part!
Can I have HydraFacial® if I am pregnant or breast feeding?
Unfortunately, not, but people who are pregnant or breastfeeding are able to have our amazing Fire and Ice Resurfacing Facial.

Do you offer finance for courses?
HydraFacial® courses are available to purchase using our PayL8r® finance. Clear your balance within 30 days and there is 0% interest to pay
Can I combine HydraFacial® with other aesthetic procedures?
Yes! One of our most powerful anti-ageing protocols consists of HydraFacial® and DermaPen® Microneedling. Don’t forget we can always intensify your Glysal® peel strength included in your HF! Just ask your therapist for more information.
People often want to combine their clinic visits with dermal fillers. We can of course offer this after your HydraFacial® but we may have to remove some of your HF serums in the process.
How can i maximise my HydraFacial® results?
We believe beautiful skin begins from within! Many skin concerns and the process of ageing begin before we look towards having in-clinic treatments.
Feeding the skin with the correct nutrients from the inside out should be part of your daily regime. Our nutritional supplement programmes which are tailored specifically to you, combined with the correct medical-grade skincare at home – will prepare the skin beautifully and enhance your results from your treatment in the clinic.
